So I might have wasted a little too much time on this 8-bit cover of Firework. I hope it is enjoyed by all.
So today began as my awesome day off, 24 hours to record my own original music. Super creativity time, brain hurricanes, sensational melodies and lyrical adventures.
Twas not to be.
After about 2 hours of very limited success I decided to go on a cover song SPREE and vent out my lack of creativity. Originally I recorded 4 songs but one of them was having technical difficulties and couldn’t make the cut.
I hope my half-hearted, failed day may be enjoyed by all.
Here is an old song that I played with today. I added many harmonies to fill it up more, however there is no orchestration to it. Only a wall of sound.

This is a song I wrote a few months ago. It is a vague tale of death and loss.

Here is a short song about doubt, reassurance and straynph.
;)

Creating this song nearly drove me crazy. When I listen to it I like to imagine a renegade caravan of teenagers tearing through the mall on skateboards and rollerblades. Or maybe I see a rapid montage of unfortunate, yet comical events that end with the high speed chase of a man in a stolen sports car.
Whatever it is, it’s fast and all over the place.

Imagine you are a tiny pixelated hiker climbing up a tiny Mount Everest. You move up one hundred feet only to plummet down fifty more when the icy breeze knocks you off your feet! Blowing your tiny leather backpack and itty bitty hiking equipment all the way to the bottom of the ledge you just scaled. What a battle! What courage!
This is what that sounds like in videogame language.
